General Board Meetings
HOA meeting has been cancelled for December. New meetings will begin in Feb 2010 and notices of the future meeting dates will be sent to residents in a mailing.
Meetings will be held at the Knightdale Public Safety Building, 979 Steeple Square Court, Knightdale, NC. Meetings start promptly at 7pm and end at 8pm. Closed session is from 8-8:30pm.
NOTE: Starting December 14, 2009 through
January 31, 2010, the Board will take a break. However, the
management company is available to address community concerns
and issues.
 Yard of the Month
Yard of the month will start again May 2010. Winner
receives a $25 gift card to Home Depot.

Timber Ridge Holiday Decorating Contest 2009 |

CASH PRIZE
1st Prize: $100 gift certificate to TARGET
2nd Prize: $50 gift certificate to TARGET
The cash prizes will be awarded to the two homes that have the best outside holiday decoration. Judging will last for one (1) week starting Sunday, December 13th through the 20th. Prize will be awarded before December 24th.
Homeowners must have their holiday décor up and ready for judging no later than Saturday, December 12th. The Appearance committee chair will make the decisions. All outside décor must be removed no later than January 10, 2010. Questions, contact Pat Hendrix.
Winners will be posted on the website.
