Guidelines for contacting your Board and Management Company:

Residents and homeowners first point of contact regarding HOA issues is our Management Company, Ammons Pittman. Our property manager is Pat Hendrix. The office hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Pat's direct number is 919.582.0797 or the Ammons Pittman number is 919.790.5455.

Since the Board of Directors are volunteers for the Association and to respect everyone's privacy, a resident or homeowner should not contact a Board member at their personal residence or home, nor call their personal phone number to discuss HOA business. If a Board member gives you their phone number and asks for you to call them, this would be acceptable and up to each individual Board member. Otherwise, no Board business is to be conducted in such a manner.

Residents and homeowners can also address concerns with the Board via email, via regular mail or by attending a
HOA General Board meeting.

We ask that each resident and homeowner understand these guidelines and follow the correct points of contact regarding Board business, issues or concerns.

Any criminal or Town Ordinance issues should be directed to the Knightdale Police. Report criminal activity by calling 9-1-1. The Knightdale Police are always available to discuss resident issues and concerns regarding safety.
