2011 Annual dues of $TBD are due January 3, 2011 and considered late after February 18, 2011.

2010 Annual dues of $110 are due January 1, 2010 and considered late after February 19, 2010.

2009 Annual dues of $110 are due January 1, 2009 and considered late after February 15, 2009.

Any payments not received by the 15th of February are considered late and wil incur a $15 late fee each month until paid.

2008 Quarterly dues of $25 are due as follows:

  Q1 Jan-March due on Jan 1 late after Jan 30
  Q2 Apr-Jun due on Apr 1 late after Apr 30
  Q3 Jul-Sep due on Jul 1 late after Jul 30
  Q4 Oct-Dec due on Oct 1 late after Oct 30

Any payments not received by the 30th of the month listed will incur a $15 late fee.

NSF Fees (insufficient funds):  Currently, there is a $25 NSF fee for returned checks.  Our current bank practice is as follows:  Our bank does not return the checks to us, they are shredded at the bank; Timber Ridge/Ammons Pittman is notified from the bank with only a copy of the check and the NSF; homeowners are then notified and required to submit payment either using a cashier's check or money order.
